Shree Housing Developers was established in the year 2006, with the sole aim of delivering high class comfort at a low cost. It was aimed at providing superior quality service to the customers. We are an exemplar infrastructure company based in Jamshedpur.

If we speak of our achievements, we have been able to complete six residential projects, one commercial project and two plotting projects since our inception. During these years of resilience and optimism we have carved a niche for ourselves in the realm of infrastructural development and quality assurance in real estate industry.

Our first venture started with a residential project named "Guru Sudhi Villa". Our second venture was "Bajrang Tower"- a residential project near NIT campus, in Adityapur and the third one was a project named "Ghar" in Chota Gamharia, which was also one of our spectacular creations, after that we started another residential projectu00a0 "Hanuman Tower"u00a0and successfully delivered. After that we have done few plotting projectu00a0 ARC village, in Kandra is one of them which got very superb response. With our continuous creative residential development journey, first time we venture into commercial project in Tata Kandra Road and successfully constructed and delivered. We came up with a new commercial project "Mahavir Trade Center" Highlight of the project is that when real estate market was bleeding in terms of sales in 2020, because of pandemic we sold out the projects in record time in less than six months. In the year 2020, we started our luxurious residential venture "SHREE BHUMI DUPLEX-PHASE I" in Adityapur, which we completed successfully and delivered. In coming months we are launching residential projects in Sonari, Adityapur locations, be in touch to know about our new launches in Jamshedpur.

OUR JOURNEY

2008-10
GURU SUDHI VILLA
With our first residential establishment "GURU SUDHI VILLA" in Adityapur Residential area, we started our remarkable Real Estate Journey in 2008. This project was completed on 2010.
2012-14
BAJRANG TOWER
In the year 2012, we created and delivered our second successful project "BAJRANG TOWER"- a residential project near NIT campus, in Adityapur. It was completed in 2014.
2013-16
GHAR
In 2013, We launched a residential project "GHAR" in Chota Gamharia, which was also one of our spectacular creation, had completed in 2016.
2015-18
HANUMAN TOWER
We started another residential project "HANUMAN TOWER" in Aditypur in 2015, which was ready for delivery in 2018. Those 3 years were very crucial for us boosting our energy.
2018
ARC VILLAGE
With the learning and experience gained from previous projects, company started and successfully completed another marvellous venture "ARC Village" in 2018.
2019
MAHAVEER TRADE CENTER
With our continuous creative residential development journey, first time we venture into commercial project in Tata Kandra Road and succesully constructed and delivered. we came up with a new commercial project "Mahaveer Trade Center" on the National Highway, in 2019.
2020
MAHAVEER TRADE CENTER
Highlight of the project is that when real estate market was bleeding in terms of sales in 2020, because of pandemic we sold out the projects in record time in less than 6 months.

SHREE BHUMI DUPLEX
In the year 2020, we started our another luxurious residential venture "SHREE BHUMI DUPLEX" in Adityapur, which we are looking forward for completing in the coming months.
